1. What is a Emerald Discount Card?
An Emerald Discount card offer great value and convenience. They are fast becoming the modern way to see the best that a country has to offer. 2. How can I navigate the site?
Site visitors can view the information on Regions & Counties via buttons that are on the Homepage of the site and also at the bottom of the page. Information is provided on type of discounts for each Region and County , as well as a list of attractions and special offers that make up your discount card package.

3. How can I purchase a City Card?
You can purchase an Emerald Discounts Ireland card by clicking on the buy now symbol and you will be offered secure options of purchase through our pay pal system

5. How can I collect my order or have it delivered to me?
There are two methods available:

• Collection in the destination city by using a voucher which is issued at the point of purchase.
• Delivery to your home or address of your choice.

Some city cards only offer the option of collection OR delivery.

If you choose to collect your purchase, you will be issued a voucher that will have a unique reference number. Remember to print this voucher, as it will show confirmation of your purchase, as well as information about where to collect your purchase. You will also receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been placed.

Collection will be possible at your airport destination and will be delivered to the arrivals hall for collection upon arrival , Upon presentation of your voucher, you will receive your purchase. We recommend that you have your identity with you in the form of a Passport or Driver’s License to authenticate that you are the rightful owner of the voucher.

If you choose to have your purchase delivered, make sure that you have supplied the correct delivery address and that you have allowed enough time for the Emerald Discount Cards Ireland company to get the package to you before your departure date.

6. What is a start date?
The start date refers to the date when you purchase your Emerald Discounts Card and is valid for one year there after.

7. How long can I use my City Card?
Cards can be used for up to a year from the purchase date.

Cards can be transferred to another representative for a small fee for adminstration upon written request by purchaser one month in advance.

8. How can I cancel my order?
Your Emerald Discounts Card can be cancelled and a full refund will be issued once you submit orginal card and written request not more than two weeks after purchase.
